There's American guns there, but that doesn't mean that this was an American position. It's likely that these weapons were provided to the Afghans that once held those positions. They leave/surrender/whatever, TB gets the loot.

The Taliban has been slowly reaping the rewards of a hastily withdraw. Since capturing Kunduz Airport, they've seized numerous helicopters, most of them not in working order, some with missing parts, but these are important grabs by the TB nonetheless.
In this video, following the capture of Kunduz Airport by the Taliban, a Mi-35 (gifted by #India) can be seen. Not quite flight capable, missing the rotors.
Here a U.S. supplied Bell MD-530F (damaged following emergency landing) can be seen, this is another helicopter to fall into the hands of the Taliban.
