The Swamp didn't want to withdraw from Afghanistan, neither half of the Swamp.
So they resisted Trump's efforts to bring the troops home & they obstructed Biden's.
How the interagency tells the President they can't do what the President wants. Then threatens leaks...
President Trump fired Secretary of Defense Ester in November for ending him a classified memo claiming that DoD could not withdraw from Afghanistan & refusing to plan such a withdraw.
Then leaking a spun version of it to the Washington Post...
The article provides a clear example, have 2 agencies settle on different plans & refuse to come to a consensus.
You can't plan an evacuation until you first reach an interagency consensus.
All from Swampy anonymous sources of course...
All over a debate over whether to move Afghan evacuees to a 3rd country or to a US territory such as Guam.
You can't plan an evacuation if you can't come to a consensus over where to move them to...
Biden appeared to want to evacuate them to a 3rd country, then evaluate their Visas, & let those approved then come to the US.
The Swamp wanted to move them to Guam where their presence on US territory would make it difficult to reject them & trigger immigration court cases.
So DHS believes it is illegal to bring them to Guam & then have them fill out their Visas on US soil.
But State is unwilling to fix it's broken Visa process to make it work for the interpreters & other US allies.
Biden is either violating the law or endangering national security
So he either faces Swamp smears accusing him of doing what some agency lawyers argued was illegal or he concedes to the Swamp & does it their way.
Remember how many times Trump actions were portrayed this way? Same game...
Trying to force the administration to do it the way the Swamp wants it done.
Probably more worried about Swampy Afghan politicians than they are about front line interpreters & their families.
So as of mid-July, the State Dept. still had not convinced a foreign nation to accept the Afghans...
If course the Swamp wanted to disqualify Afghanistan's neighbors on human rights issues, issues the Swamp ignores any other day!
It's not just about the interpreters.
It is also about every corrupt official in Afghanistan getting to US soil & claiming a green card based on their years of kickbacks, fraud & corruption.
Don't worry, the Swamp always has an out by scapegoating someone else.
They'll scapegoat Biden to the Rs & scapegoat Trump to the Ds.
And most will believe the Swamp!
In fact the Trump Admin lost a court case on this issue in 2019.
But do we fix govt. incompetence?
Never, it's more fufilling to express righteous indignation on social media while blaming it on the guy in the other party. Without ever figuring out that the Swamp is the one who tricked you into blaming that guy...

While the indictment is vague on what non-public data was being accessed to spy upon Donald Trump during the campaign, it is almost certainly connected to this April 2017 ruling by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. #Spygate
Let's first look at what the indictment says...
Sussman represented IC-1 in Feb. 2015 in a matter with an agency, likely to be FBI.
I believe this matter was gaining access to non-public information from FBI.
IC-2 employees queried non-public data to spy upon Trump & his associates.
I want to do this short thread on why the Sussman indictment is so important.
It is laying down the keystone that is placed to allow the other arches to connect, creating a window or door, while supporting the weight of the stones to be added later. #Sussmann#DurhamIndictment
That individual keystone may not look that important, it may even look merely decorative to the untrained eye.
But it is the essential engineering piece to build the entire wall, building or cathedral.
The investigations of Russian Collusion, Spygate, & whatever other names have been used are investigating some of the most complex crimes in history.
We were given a billion piece jigsaw puzzle with no idea what it looked like.
Worse, the people who made it, fed us false images!
Perkins Coie lawyer who billed Hillary Clinton's campaign for creating fake report framing Trump for Russian Collusion is indicted by a federal grand jury under Special Counsel John Durham. #ButNothingsHappening huffpost.com/entry/michael-…
Sussmann lied to FBI General Counsel James Baker pretending he was acting as a 'good citizen' to deceive the FBI that he was not representing his clients Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign or Tech Executive-1.
Perkins Coie lawyer billed Clinton Campaign for the project to frame Trump for Russian Collusion!
The plotters have long relied on heavily spun leaks to them in order to set a false narrative before the real story breaks. #ButNothingsHappening archive.md/jUcJD
The 'journalists' at the @nytimes seem puzzled that it will be politically explosive that one of the DNC & Hillary's lawyers is going to be indicted for lying to the FBI to trick them into investigating Donald Trump's links to Russia.
I guess this is the new Republicans Pounce!
@nytimes Of course Trump & his supporters have accused the DNC, Perkins Coie, Sussman, & the Clinton Campaign of framing Trump for Russian Collusion.
Because that is what happened.
Sussman reportedly lied to the FBI that he was not representing a client while giving the FBI a false report
Looks like we have had the first attempted military coup in US history. Only question is, who was in on the sting to test the Pentagon swamp creatures & who was caught in the sting?
It doesn't look good for Gen. Millery, but is that intentional? cnn.com/2021/09/14/pol…
Was Milley leading the coup?
Or was he serving as bait & making sure none of his subordinates would take coup actions without his okay?
There are different reasons for wanting tight control...
Why are we back to the "we're going to land this plane" analogy?
How quickly did this 'coup' go into action?
Well the media coverage of it began at 9:18AM on 1/7/21 only 5 hours after the Biden electors were certified overnight... cnn.com/2021/01/07/pol…
