Now speaking about prescription drugs found in the #Morphew home and Walmart surveillance on May 6 at 12:30 p.m. of Suzanne picking up a white paper bag at the pharmacy but none found in the home for that date.
Now talking about the 2:03 p.m. sunbathing photo #SuzanneMorphew sent to Jeff Libler on May 9. The bikini was found in the master closet with other bathing suits. There was no blood on the bikini or tears, according to the defense.
The bikini wasn't collected as evidence. In the photo of #SuzanneMorphew sunbathing, you can only see a small portion of the bikini strap so can't tell if it had been torn or any of the photos from the closet, according to the undersheriff.
The undersheriff was fishing at Fooses Lake on Mother's Day with his wife around 12:02 p.m. He said it was crowded so they left. He confirmed no one reported the bike being ditched/found. LUNCH BREAK UNTIL 1:30 p.m.
