According to Grusing, #BarryMorphew said all he had left in his life was hunting. Barry had hunted since he was 7-years-old. "If I have to live this life without her, at least I can hunt."
Agent Grusing said #BarryMorphew mentioned multiple times during the investigation that "This is in God's hand. He allowed this whole thing to happen."
Agent Grusing road in the back of the car when #BarryMorphew was arrested on May 5, 2021. Morphew said, "How could you do this to me? I trusted you."
#BarryMorphew is sitting up in his chair with his arms on the table with his hands folded leaning in as the state asks Agent Grusing questions about the arrest.
Agent Grusing told #BarryMorphew in the car that they presented the audit to the District Attorney's Office and that there had been arrest warrant for murder.
Agent Grusing and #BarryMorphew are just staring at each other as the state talks between themselves to figure out any more questions for Agent Grusing.
One used plate was recovered from the dishwasher. Agent Grusing said in interviews with #BarryMorphew he had mentions eating steaks with #Suzanne Saturday night and in other interviews Barry said they shared one plate and ate off the one plate.
When she married #BarryMorphew it was a marriage for life, according to Barry.
Nielsen is now cross-examining Agent Grusing. From May until July 8: 13 interviews with #BarryMorphew which equaled 24 hours.
Nielsen is saying that Agent Grusing introduced the subject of an intimate partner #SuzanneMorphew had to Barry on June 2. #BarryMorphew said no because of our relationship with the Lord, she is a very faithful person and of God. Didn't want to think that it was a possibility.
July 8 interview with #BarryMorphew lasted 6 hours. This is the grilling steaks interview at the Morphew home. They included the CBI agents and said a prayer for them around a table.
CBI agents asked #BarryMorphew about a possible affair in regards to #SuzanneMorphew. He never thought that. They asked Barry if he had searched dating sites like Bumble. Barry said I don't know what they are. He claim he had never searched for another woman.
"She is the love of my life, I would lay down my life for that girl... I’m telling you right now, I was in shock for five days. If I left something out or a time period then it wasn’t on purpose." #BarryMorphew told investigators.
#BarryMorphew was confused about the timing of the Skidsteer and what day he had visited Salida Stove and Spa. He wasn't confused about who he spoke to at Salida Stove and Spa.

BACK IN COURT: #LeteciaStauch is on Webex and is waiving her right for a preliminary hearing for her escape case. The judge will come back on Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. to make a ruling. @FOX21News
Judge Gregory Weirner said he has a ton of notes and wants to get it right. So he wants time to put it together. There are a lot of charges. There was much of the evidence that he hadn't heard before.
DA Michael Allen is asking if the judge will make a private Webex for the family members who are out of state. He said logistically yes it's possible, but he is not sure if it complies with the laws of the court. The judge will have to think about it. There is no objection.
Agent Cohen said there was no evidence that #GannonStauch mom Landen Hiott was involved in the disappearance of Gannon. She was also out of state.
#GannonStauch sister Laina was also not involved in the disappearance of Gannon, according to FBI Agent Cohen.
Agent Cohen said #GannonStauch and #LeteciaStauch was inside the home. Harley (Letecia's 17-year-old daughter) went to work at 8 a.m. They don't have evidence that Harley was involved in the murder, according to the agent.
Exhibit 38: Photo of the masterbedroom the southeast corner of the home. A gun was recovered from this bedroom according to Sgt. Hubbell. It was found on top of the dresser. He said this is the room #LeteciaStauch stayed in.
The gun is next to a teddy bear and a photo of #GannonStauch. The DNA taken off the trigger guard and backstrap matched #LeteciaStauch as well as two other men.
Sgt. Hubbell said the examiner believed the bullets had come from the gun that was in the master bedroom. Remember 3 bullets were recovered: 1 in #GannonStauch skull and two inside the pillow.
Corner of the carpet in Gannon's room was exposed to see if there was a saturation. A stain went through the carpet, through the foam and onto the cement. DNA was swabbed and matched #GannonStauch. His bed was removed that covered the stain.
The carpet was stiff to the touch like it had been cleaned up. We are seeing a photo of #GannonStauch bedroom with the bed removed. There are pieces of tap covering the wall to show blood splatter marks, according to Sgt. Hubbell. There is also a stain on the mattress.
The outlet next to #GannonStauch bed also had blood evidence on the it and matched Gannon. Sgt. Hubbell said they got positive hits for blood in the garage, laundry room, stairs to the basement, family room in the basement, storage room, and then towards Gannon room.

Sgt. Hubbell became involved in the case on Jan. 28 when Fountain PD asked if they needed assistance. He confirms this missing person report evolved into a homicide investigation. #LeteciaStauch phone had photos of #GannonStauch in bed. Exhibit 29-39

FOURTH WITNESS: Lt. John Sarkisian with @EPCSheriff was leading many of the searches for #GannonStauch from Jan. 31 - late Feb. Drones, 4-wheelers, horses, prodding poles, K-9's, any tools available they were using. At one point, Parks and Wildlife came out to use sonar.
Some days 20-30 searchers other days over a hundred, according to Lt. Sarkisian. They had to use prodding poles because the snow was soo thick in the area north of Palmer Lake to search for #GannonStauch.
Started search around #GannonStauch home around Lorson Ranch then went to Fountain Creek and North of Palmer Lake. Lt. Sarkisian said they were getting information from #LeteciaStauch vehicle tracker data.
