A Qatari "Technical Team" arrived at Kabul Airport in Afghanistan today.

They are going to assess what Air Traffic Control facilities remain following the withdrawal and the general condition of the airport terminal.

The Taliban commander put in charge of Kabul airport says service dogs left behind by the 🇺🇸 United States will be rounded up, and put them into service for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Non service dogs they intend to rehome or have a charity takd custody of them.

The 🇶🇦 Qatari Foreign Minister says experts from their country and 🇹🇷 Turkey are working to reopen Kabul Airport for civilian flights as soon as possible.
