What is your replies is show you are giver or taker ??
For example : your mind is thinking : how they gonna pay me in return , you are taker.

2.) First house buyer biasanya boleh dapat 90% , some even can get 95%-100% (Contoh : Rumah WIP & Selangorku & PPAM)

3.) Kalau awak perlu bayar 10% deposit tapi tak ada cash on hand.

Formulae DSR % = Bulanan Kommitment / Monthly Net Income.

Monthly kommitment ialah termasuk car , personal loan , house loan , ptptn , mara , asb.

Tidak termasuk sewa rumah bulanan , insurance , astro , Netflix , bill air electric unifi dan Coway ke cuckoo.
