Ramai company pun guna cara ini rather than guna manual cheque to bank in bayar gaji staff.
3.) Tak ada simpanan ,recommend min kena ada 10k dalam account.

Masa pandemic , cash is king , bank pun sama juga , mereka akan pilih approved pemohon yang ada tabiat saving .

Now is not depend on your salary , it’s how is your saving now.
Saya faham certain might effect by pandemic ini dengan income reduction , apa yang awak boleh buat ialah menambah income korang & masuk ke salah satu bank accounts .

If you want to apply housing loan right now , is time to increase saving , bukan increase spending.

Formulae DSR % = Bulanan Kommitment / Monthly Net Income.

Monthly kommitment ialah termasuk car , personal loan , house loan , ptptn , mara , asb.

Tidak termasuk sewa rumah bulanan , insurance , astro , Netflix , bill air electric unifi dan Coway ke cuckoo.
