3)The business model is designed in a self-sustaining way and gives the company an ability to generate a larger Throughput from its manufacturing facilities.
4)The company has a repeat client rate of 75%, backed by low concentration risk in export markets with presence in over 35 countries, and long-term relationship with clients which offers competitive advantage.
5)Growth driving factors in India: 100% FDI allowed in the mining sector, steel industry’s outlook to increase capacity to 300 mn tonnes by 2030 to drive demand for ferro alloys, “Housing for All” policy is also to drive housing demand, followed by demand for steel.
6)The company is in the process of acquiring Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys Ltd. (IMFAL) through insolvency proceedings and has paid a consideration of Rs.74.22 crores for the purpose.
There has been a solid YoY growth of 113% and 13% QoQ growth in Q1FY22.
7)The company’s production has seen a CAGR of 16% since 2007.
