4/ A shocking 63% of these children had time with their alleged perpetrator INCREASED.

6/ These Judges didn’t even think these women reporting the abuse were lying - no, 50% of the time they believed they were just ‘Genuinely Mistaken’

7/ One of the worst things - Even when there was no contesting of the allegations, the Judges still expressed complete disbelief 23% of the time!

8/ Even in uncontested cases there were times the Judges would award custody to the perpetrator, either completely or partially

9/ these results are shocking and completely reflect the advice my patients have been given by lawyers when they are trying to leave
