Says restrictions are used to deal with waves.
Q- What are the consequences for breaking these new measures?
Shandro says the consequences are the same as throughout the pandemic- staff goes out on a complaint and tries to used education first, which is usually effective, but then its fines.
Dr. Yiu says that it hasn't been easy for inspectors trying to enforce.
Says their first goal is to work with businesses.
