As to what time the gif event actually happened, by Jun 2009 even Bollyn had become convinced that it took place at the time of the “collapse” of #WTC2 and NOT when the 2nd “plane” crashed as he had previously thought.

The whitish cloud from the gif (l), although it shares all the characteristics of a major steam explosion, is NOT the West St steam explosion (r). The gif cloud rose higher & more rapidly - eventually dwarfing the 47-story #WTC7 in front of it - and is further east.

Although I admit that spatial visualization has never been my forte, using identifiable points in the pre-9/11 Manhattan skyline I think it is possible to pinpoint at least approximately the location of the steam expulsion. Let me know if you come up w/something different!

It's hard to reconcile White’s photoanalysis with EMT Ondrovic’s statements. As she was running next to #WTC6 on Vesey St, she would certainly have noticed fire trucks trying to put out a fire. Indeed she says all emergency vehicles were parked on Vesey St waiting!

Indeed, there is NO evidence of a major explosion in #WTC6 on 9/11. So to the opening tweet question – “Which is it?” – I would have to say NEITHER! There is INSUFFICIENT evidence to support either falling #WTC1 parts “punching” NOR a major explosion blasting out the crater.
