@Hadithoftheday Isa A.S (Jesus)
Isa A.S was the last prophet before Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Isa A.S was the last of the prophets of Bani Israel and no prophet existed between him and the final Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad ﷺ who was descended from Ibrahim’s A.S first son, Ismail A.S.

@Hadithoftheday “The period between Isa A.S and Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was about six hundred years.”

Narrated Salman R.A:

The interval between Jesus (Isa A.S) and Muhammad ﷺ was six hundred years.

@Hadithoftheday Isa A.S had no father and his mother was Maryam A.S.

Isa A.S is often referred together with his Mother's name i.e Isa Ibn Maryam.

Being a single mother does not stop one from being an awesome one!
Maryam A.S raised Isa A.S to become one of the greatest Prophet of all time.

@Hadithoftheday This word "Īsa ibn Maryam" which means "Son of Maryam" is repeated in many verses of Quran.
As Isa A.S was born without father, Allah has repeated the word "Isa-ibn-Maryam" in many verses of Qur'an.

And We gave Jesus, "the son of Mary", clear proofs & supported him. (2:87)

@Hadithoftheday In the Glorious Qur'an, Isa A.S is described as having many miracles.
Allah says in Quran:

"And We gave unto Jesus, son of Mary, clear miracles" (Quran 2:87)

@Hadithoftheday The miracles performed by Isa A.S with the 'permission of Allah' mentioned in the Quran are :
1. A Table Laden with Food
2. Spoke while in Cradle
3. Creating Bird from Clay
4. Healing the Blind and the Leper
5. The Resurrection of the Dead
6. The Provisions of Today and Tomorrow

@Hadithoftheday 1. A Table Laden with Food:
The fifth chapter of the Quran,"Ma'idah" is named after this miracle , Allah narrates how the disciples of Isa A.S requested him to ask Allah
to send down a table laden with food, and for it to be a special day of commemoration for them in the future

@Hadithoftheday 2. Spoke while in Cradle:
One of the miracles mentioned in the Quran, is that Isa A.S while still in the cradle spoke out to protect his mother from any accusations people may have placed on her due to having a child without a father.

@Hadithoftheday Allah says in Qur'an:
"He shall speak to people while still in the cradle, and in manhood, and he shall be from the righteous." (Quran 3:46)

@Hadithoftheday 3. Creation of bird from Clay:
Allah mentions in the Quran that Isa A.S says:

"I create for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird with Allah’s permission." (Quran 3:49)

@Hadithoftheday 4. Healing the Blind and the Leper:
The Quran mentions Isa A.S to have healed the blind and lepers.

Allah mentions in the Quran that Isa A.S says:

"I also heal the blind and the leper." (Quran 3:49)

This was a miracle of incomparable nature.
This miracle is mentioned in Qur'an as:

And I bring to life the dead, by the permission of Allah." (Quran 3:49)

@Hadithoftheday 6. The Provisions of Today and Tomorrow:
Isa A.S was given the miracle of knowing what people had just eaten, as well as what they had in store for the coming days.
Allah says in Qur'an:

"I inform you too of what things you eat, and what you store up in your houses. (Quran 3:49)
