Western civilisation is driven by the ambitions of its elites, who are still predominantly White, & focus on acquiring, maintaining & increasing their social status amongst their peers.
The primary sources of social status are material wealth & moral authority.

Human nature evolved to prioritise the survival & well-being of one's tribe & kinship group, which the state destroyed long ago & has now replaced with itself by deceitfully posing as our nation.
But instead of serving society at large, & its long-term survival, the state facilitates its self-exploitation, i.e. the pursuit by its elites of their own personal ambitions.
Democracies make a virtue of everyone being FREE to do this, which is even more suicidal.
