Do you think Jews would invite Nazi Germany to build their Grand Synagogue?
Algeria asked China, supposedly carrying out Muslim cleansing (#Uighurgenocide) to build world's 3rd Grand Mosque to last 500-1000 years which China successfully accomplished in 2020.
2/ Project Overview from China's CSCEC website:
On February 8, 2012, China Construction signed a contract with the Grand Mosque Construction and Management Authority of Algeria for the construction of the Grand Mosque project, with a main contract value of USD 1.5 billion.
3/The original design consortium is KSP-KUK from Germany and the current design institute is EGIS from France. The project adopts the cooperation mode of general contracting and implements European and Algerian standards.
4/The project is located in the central axis of the capital Algiers, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, with a construction area of 400,000 square meters and an area of 278,000 square meters. The project includes 12 buildings including prayer hall, minaret, square,
5/parking lot, cultural center, library, Koranic Institute, administrative center, technical center, security center, etc. Among them, the minaret is 265 meters high, which is the highest in the world.
6/It is the highest and largest building in Africa and the third largest mosque in the world. After completion, it will become an important religious gathering place in Algeria, with a capacity of 36,000 people praying at the same time,
7/and will become a center to attract historians, artists, scholars and tourists from various countries after completion, and can accommodate more than 100,000 visitor
8/ Note that the Algerian Grand Mosque is no longer the tallest building in Africa. This year China Construction CSCEC accomplished the Signature Tower for the new capital of Egypt which has become the new tallest building in Africa. China has been relentlessly building.
In short, the scenario is as follows: 1/ US intended to strike dead Huawei by all means no matter how underhanded. 5G will create 5-10 trillion dollars' wealth and 10 m jobs for China and propel China to No. 1. Huawei must be killed by all means.
2/ US must find a way to arrest Huawei CEO Ren Zhengfei or a Huawei key figure and coerce Huawei to handover the technology or face prison and colossal fines. US successfully did this to France's Alsthom. US intends to reproduce the scenario.
3/ Huawei CFO, Meng Wanzhou travelled frequently around the world on behalf of his father Ren Zhengfei. It looked retty easy to arrest her. She was thus designated as the target. US approached numerous countries for the dirty job. All countries declined except Canada.
Do you know that in the last 3 years including during the Pandemic, China has been building day & night the new capital of the century for Egypt in the desert? The Central Business District (CBD) project of the new Egyptian capital is being built now by China Construction Egypt.
The first phase of Egypt's new capital CBD project covers a total area of about 505,000 square meters at a cost of 3.5 billion US$. The core construction is the "Symbol of Egypt Tower" complex, a multi-functional, multi-purpose high-rise building of the height of 385.8 meters.
Once built, it will become Africa's tallest building. Other constructions include nine high-rise commercial office buildings, five high-rise apartment buildings and one high-end hotel. There will be a total of 16 high-rise buildings and four supporting municipal works.
China intends to put a stop to the US freedom of navigation based on environmental and safety concern.
Everyone knows the so-called freedom of navigation practiced by the US/West is military threat & provocation. If nuclear powered aircraft carriers of an enemy country dare to
cruise up and down the US coast, US would have considered it a declaration of war.
According to the Amendment to China's Maritime Traffic Safety Law which have gone into effect since Sept. 1st, five types of vessels must be declared prior to entering China's territorial waters:
submarines, nuclear-powered ships, ships carrying radioactive materials, ships carrying chemicals, toxic and hazardous materials, and other ships that are deemed to be dangerous. Failing which, China's maritime police could intervene.
After "let CIA hunt for Covid19 origin", now it's "let lawyers hunt for the origin".
So US courts can supposedly subpoena China, a sovereign country to produce evidence & if China refused, courts could enforce judgements. Pompeo has forgotten China could reciprocate.
US did this to Iran and confiscated the Iran assets in the US.
China is not Iran. Whatever US does to China, China can reciprocate.
Imagine Chinese courts subpoena Fort Detrick and Ralph Baric of University of North Carolina to produce evidence... Failing which Chinese courts render default judgements....
The simultaneous mirror legal proceedings must be very interesting to watch.
People may not know that though India is very hostile to China and has coined the label "debt trap" for China's BRI, China has been building essential infrastructure for India, notably six electricity power plants of high quality at a low price.
India is no longer giving China new contracts China is also questioning if it's worthwhile to give a hostile country quality power plants at such a friendly price.
China's accomplishments in India:
China's Shandong Electric Power Construction Third Engineering Company has built
six large power plants in five Indian states by EPC, with an installed capacity of more than 10,770 MW, accounting for 5.7% of the entire thermal power market share in India, making it the largest foreign EPC general contractor for power plants in India.
China's alleged totalitarian feature Social Credit is fake news. On the contrary, China is enacting private data protection laws. To bypass such law, DIDI, China's Uber planned to launch an IPO in the US after SEC's lightning approval within 2 weeks. China put a stop to the IPO.
If the US stock market can be endorsed by big Chinese companies, it's very good for the US economy and US$ supremacy. However, SEC now requires absolute transparency from Chinese companies and in particular all the audit trails. China is saying NO.
"So, what is an audit trail? Why should China be as tough on audit papers as it is on Chinese territory and not allow the slightest infringement? I'll sum it up in one sentence: An audit brief is the paper form of a company's existence. It includes all user data,
