Winter: Our guide nævis will be introduced (in ’Savage,’ and it will help us confront Black Mamba

Ningning: Since this is a song where we show a very strong and intense image, we tried our best to combine a relaxed yet powerful image for our performances

Giselle: nævis will appear as our guide and you can meet her through the MV, so please look forward to it

Winter: Since the backdrop of Savage is our lore... we recommend you to watch the MV for Black Mamba and Next Level before watching Savage, like a movies series

Ningning: Our ae-aespa friends will also be in the MV. They will make cool appearances and dance with us, so we hope you enjoy it

Karina: LSM directed the “jeujeu” part and wanted us to highlight it more, so we brainstormed with YYJ. We changed “jeujeu” to “jjeujjeu” since you make a similar “tsk tsk” sound when disappointed... we are disappointed that BM wants to fight us since it has no chance against us

MC Jaejae: Our country is in a frenzy right now because we're all dancing to the NL ㄷ choreo after getting our vaccines. Is there a point choreo this time as well?

Ningning: There is a point choreo in Savage

Giselle: We hope people can say that Savage is "one level above" Next Level

Winter: Before, we said that we wanted to be called "KWANGYA Super Stars." Now, we want to be called "aespa, the daughters of KWANGA"

Karina: I watched Taeyeon sunbaenim and Key sunbaenim (Key-rina) dancing to NL on Amazing Saturday. Their performance is very memorable to me because they did so well

Winter: Bada sunbaenim posted a cover of NL that almost looked like an MV. Her cover is most memorable to me

Winter: If you watch the MV or our performance videos, you will see the camera "slithering" along the floor like it became the eyes of Black Mamba. Since we're fighting BM, we tried to show our most intense glares at the camera, almost as if we were about to destroy it

Winter: So many people showed us love through Black Mamba and Next Level. Although we are rookies who haven't even debuted that long ago, we are so happy about the overflowing praises and attention. Instead of feeling pressured, I had a desire to grow and improve even more.

Ningning: It feels like such a long time since we stood on stage for the very first time with Black Mamba, but it has already been 1 year. Whenever I looked at the camera back then, I was awkward and nervous. I think I can enjoy the stage more now. Thank you to all of the fans

aespa: We had a lot of fun while creating our first physical album. While producing the songs, LSM teacher helped direct even the smallest of details such as enunciation/pronunciation. Because of this, we wanted to show an even better side of ourselves and prepared harder

Ningning: Everyone. Karina unnie dyed her hair a wine-red color and it fits her really well. You can get a new vibe from Winter unnie thanks to her short hair. Giselle unnie’s rap break is phenomenal

Karina: The songs in our album are not all intense. We want people to think “aespa is a group that can express various musical colors well” and “i guess aespa’s lore CAN continue to expand.” I’d be so happy if people commented things like, “(it's so good), as expected of aespa”

Regarding ænergy, Winter said “We know there are many people who enjoy our lore, so we invite you all to make theories after listening to the lyrics of this song, which are filled with new words. I think the upbeat melody of ænergy and our energy matches well

Regarding Lucid Dream, Winter said “Since we debuted, we’ve only shown you a very strong, intense, and cool image. We tried our best to showcase various charms that depart from those usual sounds in this album.
