Magistrate: You can say it is for investigation.. you do not have to disclose this.
But I do not think this application is required.
It is appropriate to conduct this case in open court. You do not disclose your secret operations.

Sethna: When a person is brought to court, it is in his interest I am making this submission. We want less exposure of his face to be very candid with the court so it is better for the Court. There has to be protection of his identity as much as possible.

Sethna: Abdul was arrested from Jogeshwari and commercial quantity was found.

Manish Rajgariya was arrested after 2.5 gms of ganja was found.

Avi Sahu is found to be consumer.

Sethna: Sahu was a guest on the ship. Shreyas was found with small quantity. Known and unknown persons have to be found.

We are seeking custody till October 11, 2021.

Srivastav: I was arrested after raid was conducted, the next date.

I have no connection with the person named in the application - Mohit Jaiswal.

Sethna: This ship operated without license. RTI shows several irregularities. When you are on ship you have no license to smoke or do drugs. This is not airplane (for smoking).

Sethna: There was nothing recovered from Aryan Khan, but remand was@ given till Oct 7, 2021. but remand was given for purpose of complete investigation.

Sethna: At bail stage my friend may say that he was not connected and not related, but then at remand stage this cannot be said.
A quantity was recovered from the ship and that has to be investigated.

Order: The submissions made by both parties and the quantity alleged contraband seized from the accused I am of the view that legal investigation is required to be carried out to go to root of case for the NcB authorities. Accused have prayed for a short period.

Order: Considering submisisons and nature of offence, I am of the view that thorough invetsigation be carried out of the accused custody. Custody till October 11, 2021.

Abdul - 54.3 gms mephedron and 2.5 gms ecstasy (intermediary)

Shreyas Nair - 2 gms of charas

Manish - 2.4 gms of ganja

Avi - consumer.

Manish and Avi were guests on the ship. Abdul and Shreyas allegedly peddlers.
