Daiya: Lordship, I’m not.. Hello? I have tendered a further unconditional apology. I misinterpreted the order.

#SupremeCourt: There is no compulsion of giving an apology. You are well-versed in law.

Daiya: I had no other intention.

Court: Mr. Daiya, what is the intention?

#SupremeCourt: We repeatedly told you the way you raised issues, we told you. You think by threatening everybody, you will make everyone withdraw.

Daiya: In true sense, I tender an unconditional apology.

#SupremeCourt: We keep asking you, we try to be kind to you.
What error? Slowly your life is becoming replete with errors. It is not our wish to convict anybody, but you never listen, that is our constraint.

Daiya: Your Lordship is kind enough and will pass the right order.

#SupremeCourt: We will defer your sentence? let us see how you behave.

Senior Advocate Manish Singhvi seeks clarification that disciplinary proceedings are not sub judice.

[ORDER] This is the first time the contemnor has moved an application for an unconditional apology.

We defer consideration of this application and imposition of sentence for the time being. Listed on 11th January.
