#DelhiHighCourt hears bail plea of accused Ankit Chaudhary in a murder case related to #DelhiRiots that took place in February, 2020. 
Defense counsel: I was implicated in 9 murder cases. None of those 9 chargesheets the cell ID chart was available. We made an application how did you confirm my location when there is no cell ID.
HC: Can you file your written submissions so that there is clarity.
Counsel: My phone was dead. Two outer locations getting shown near the place of the incident. My phone was switched off at the relevant time. Merely because my house is in the vicinity - that should be a neutral fact.
Counsel cites inconsistency in the statements of witnesses who have deposed against his client. #DelhiRiots
Counsel: I was first arrested in one FIR (non murder case) and then I was implicated in 14 different FIRs.
