Women are generally more risk adverse in their investment style. This is probs why the #crypto world is 75%+ male investors. What was the turning point for me entering this space as a female investor? Two reasons:
1. Don't count on the $. The world's least risky investment is becoming less so every day. Over time, the value of your savings is worth less. And if inflation stays high for even a short period, you would need almost 100% of your money in the stock market to overcome it *risk!*
This trend is not new tho.. Even if inflation spikes and returns to normal, the long-term impacts will be similar. Your dollar today will not get you the same luxuries tomorrow. Your money today has to make money. Investing diversification can narrow the inflation gap.
2. Bitcoin has beat the market 8/10 of the last years. But the biggest gains that can be made are with alt coins. Why should women consider alt coins as a solid investment alternative to bitcoin if bitcoin is more stable with each passing day? ...
Because alt coins are not an alternative to bitcoin. (Most)Alt coins are not competing to be the next bitcoin. Women looking at getting into crypto investing, but worried about the risks need to understand this. Alt coins offer you an opportunity to own a piece of the blockchain
Blockchain tech is going to be the next "internet boom". Blockchain will be and already is solving the problems of today. The next wave of tech companies is starting, but you do not invest in them on the stock market. You own a piece of them on the Blockchain with alt coins.
So, for women looking at investing into alt coins, what problems would you like to see solved? Data security, energy, election fraud, identity theft, sending secure payments quickly... there is probably an altcoin offering from a company trying to solve it. Become a part owner.
