उद्दिष्ट-एककेंद्री माहिती देणारी अशी व्यवस्था निर्माण करणे आहे जी अधिकाऱ्यांना असंघटित कामगारांपर्यंत पोहोचणे आणि संकट काळात त्यांच्यापर्यंत सरकारच्या कल्याणकारी योजना पोचवण्यात मदत होईल

▪️सर्वांना किमान समान वेतनाचा अधिकार

▪️सर्वांसाठी सामाजिक सुरक्षा

▪️सर्व परिस्थितीत कामगारांना सुरक्षेचा अधिकार

▪️आंतर राज्यीय स्थलांतरित मजुरांचे कल्याण
सर्व कामगारांना सामाजिक सुरक्षा लाभ मिळतील हे सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकारने 9 कामगार कायद्यांचे सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनांमध्ये विलीनीकरण केले आहे. यामुळे, विमा, पेन्शन, ग्रॅच्युईटी, मातृत्व रजा, असे कामगारांचे सर्व हक्क त्यांना मिळू शकतील.
