Are you a perfectionist?
Been struggling for years?
Know you've got potential?
Feel like you're stuck in life?

Here are 25 lessons that helped me go from broke, overweight, and purposeless to a life of passion and success.

// THREAD //
Without a clear vision of where you want to go, you're going nowhere.
Start believing you can do it because if you don't, you won't.
Confront the person in the mirror, every single day.

Conquer the weaknesses, double-down on strengths.
90% of people think they're self-aware. Only 5-10% actually is.
Start building the life YOU want, not what society expects you to want.
Build a life based on non-fragile values.
Being smart, being strong, being loved are all fragile.
Be a perpetual learner instead. It is the ONLY anti-fragile value that even when 'attacked' makes you stronger.
Start your journey simply by helping strangers online.
There are 8 billion people out there. People WILL be interested in the skill or experience you think is 'useless'.
The past, including your traumas, doesn't have to define you.
Understand that YOU are in charge of your story now.
The world is not out to get you. The world doesn't care about you or me.
Create content, stop consuming so much content.
Give yourself permission to make as many mistakes as you want.
Reframe those mistakes to data that allows you to understand what works and what doesn't.
Waiting for 'perfect' action will keep you stuck in life.

Taking imperfect action will unlock your success.
Procrastination is simply well-camouflaged fear.
Stop fearing fear.

It's the cost we pay to succeed in life.
Stop looking for validation externally. All that you need is within your mind, you just need to learn to unlock it.
Study those ahead of you: their thinking, their systems, their routines.
Understand that no one is better than you, they've just put in more reps than you.
Average is good enough to get started (and unlock greatness).
The only way to fail is to be afraid of failing.
Start applying the things you read, stop mindlessly consuming them to make you feel better for 10 seconds.
I hope some of these hit home for you.

Even if it's just ONE lesson or thought: just start applying it today.

Confront Your Victim Mentality And Unlock Greatness

Easy tips to identify and fix your self-sabotaging.

// THREAD //
From age 18 to 36 I lived as if things were happening TO me.

Not for me.

I felt powerless. Negative. Pessimist.

If you're reading this, you'll know what I mean.

It is a coping mechanism we 'learned'.

It can be unlearned.

Here's how to recognize & conquer it:
1. You Dramatize Everything

You allow yourself to believe the tiniest inconvenience will

be the end of the world.

You always assume the worst.

Guess what?

The universe listens to those thoughts & gives you exactly that.

Your inner reality creates your outer reality.

Struggling To Stick To A Healthy Lifestyle?

6 Reasons why workaholics ≠ high performers.

// THREAD //
1. You say there's no time.

Let's be honest here: there is always time.

You still watch TV, you still jump on social, etc.

What you need is a framework that creates good habits.

Once you have a blueprint, making time gets easy.
2. You think your health isn't that bad.

After all, Bob is 50 lbs. heavier than you.

And Rose only sleeps 4 hours a night.

So you assume you're doing 'ok'.

Don't tolerate mediocrity.

You're creating greatness, not averageness.

15 simple tips to get healthy the right way.

Lessons I learned while losing 53 pounds.

// THREAD //
1. You start by un-learning everything.

Forget what the government, schools, news, and even your friends and family want you to believe.

Either they're making a profit off you or they simply don't know what they're talking about.

Do your own research.
2. You accept that there will be obstacles.

This allows you to prep for those bad days.

Just make sure you know WHY you're doing this.

If you mess up, tap back into your 'why' and get back on track right away.
