Alex N. Press: Turn-around times (when a person leaves work till when they're expected to be back) are a big issue--workers want more time than they got. Many of them live in LA with huge traffic problems. Time off needs to incl commute time + time w/ families. @alexnpress

Alex N. Press: It helps that all the workers are on strike at Kellogg's, but the longer the strike goes, the harder it is for workers to remain on the picket line. Kellogg has made pretty big profits.

Olga Lautman: Let's rewind to Mueller. Manafort has a very long history with Deripaska. During the 2016 election, Manafort handed over very sensitive info to Deripaska. Hopefully Manafort is under investigation for this, even though Trump pardoned Manafort.

Bob Ney: (con't) In Fortenberry's case, he knew this [indictment] was coming because he lied to the Justice Dept. The Justice Dept loves when you lie to them. I didn't lie to them, but they may not have liked my answers.

Bob Ney: You always have the option of a plea deal. It's easier to do a plea deal, as I did, before you're indicted instead of after being indicted. They indict only when they know they have a case. In Fortenberry's case, he's already been indicted.
