It is unlikely for pharmaceuticals, alcohol, and the food supply to become contaminated, that route of murder would be too obvious to the average people.
Killing off users and addicts provides a safety net in accountability because “they did it to themselves” as many police officers and politicians have stated.
I’ve had many friends pass from fentanyl contamination over the years…
I’m not saying it’s not present at all by any means. It absolutely is in cocaine, heroin, pressed/“fake” pharmaceutical opioids and benzodiazepines, ketamine, MDMA/ecstasy, etc.

Dark circles under the eyes are a result of circadian dysregulation, fatty acid dysregulation, and copper-iron metabolism dysregulation.

Too little sunlight, too much artificial light especially at night.
Eat more seafood, eliminate industrialized vegetable/seed oils and fast food.
Unbound copper and iron accumulation in tissue. Increase magnesium, retinol, BOUND copper, zinc, vitamin D (midday UVB sunlight exposure), vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, and cobalamin intake.

Any multivitamins or supplements in general should not contain:
- synthetic vitamin A
- vitamin E in the form of ONLY a-tocopherol (mixed tocopherols + tocotrienols preferable)
- folate/vitamin B9 in the form of folic acid
- vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin
- calcium
- copper
- iron

Food only for vitamin A, calcium, copper, and iron.

Grassfed liver or cod liver for vitamin A and copper.
Dairy, sardines, bone broth for calcium.
Grassfed red meats for iron, grassfed red meats/butter/dairy and eggs for vitamin A.
Styrian pumpkin seed oil and palm oil for vitamin E food sources.

Methylfolate and Folinic acid for folate if supplemented.
Methylcobalamin + Adenosylcobalamin or Hydroxycobalamin for vitamin B12.
