Met w/ AZ Latino Coalition - NOW They are talking about meetings in which redistricting was discussed. THIS IS TRANSPARENCY. About 8 VRA proposed state legislative districts.

Curious is Com. Mehl had a similar meeting w/ @SALCLeaders.

Also met with @NNPrezNez - addressed some data - VAP vs. CVAP in 9th circuit -- VRA -- numbers to be used -- and use of population deviation.. @SWLawNews says there would have to be really good reason..

Mtg. w/ @NavajoTweets another issue was on/off reservation population.

Com. Lerner -asks: was similar analysis done for CD 7 --No because it is over 50%.. CD3 is not;

Bottomline 9.1 has 8 competitive districts --the others have 7.
