@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD I assume that the DNA damage repair is inhibited because of viral spike protein bonding to the ACE2 receptors of a number of cells, changing the gene expression of those cells and causing downstream damage.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD We were not informed by vaccine developers and pharma executives that the spike protein was dangerous prior to the vaccines being rolled out. However, we were informed of a significant mutation of the SARS-COV-2 RNA genome coded by the vaccine developers that was...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD ...originally described as a way to stop the vaccine spike protein from moving from a closed position to an open position, which was called "shape shifting," which the vaccine developers claimed would reduce immune response. In actuality, the mutation prevents the spike...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD ...from binding to the ACE2, or any other receptor of a cell since the spike protein has to assume an open position to do that.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD This mutation was patented by its developers. Here is the link to an extensive interview with the developer behind the "Mutagenesis" of the spike protein that produced a VARIENT to the spike protein of the virus.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD Note that the interviewer and the vaccine developer did not mention any dangers posed by the spike protein of the SARS-COV-2 virus. There is no reason to believe the vaccine developers did not know what the spike protein can do when it binds to someone's cells as that...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD Vaccine developers have been all over the spike protein of corona viruses since the very beginning of the corona virus problem. They all knew about the spike protein being dangerous, but chose not to tell us about it, although under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD ...full disclosure of all risks, along with mitigations of those risks, must be disclosed by law. Unfortunately, the problem with the secrecy was someone would find some other spike protein threat and document it just before, or sometime after, EUA rollout.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD In December 2020, the rollout began. The potential recipients had access to all kinds of articles, Web sites, and You Tube videos showing how the vaccine worked and was geared to achieving immunity from the SPIKE PROTEIN OF THE VIRUS. We'll deal with this later.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD Most of the educational material described the spike protein as harmless separate from the rest of the virus, and never said anything about it being a MUTATION, or "VARIANT," of the spike protein of the virus, or about the dangers of the spike protein of the virus.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD On Pfizer's Web site, this description was found in the Frequently Asks Questions section:
"2. How does an mRNA vaccine work?
mRNA, delivered to your body's cells by lipid nanoparticles, instructs the cells to generate the spike protein found on the surface of the...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD "... novel coronavirus that initiates infection. Instructing cells to generate the spike protein spurs an immune response, including generation of antibodies specific to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein."
Keep the last 6 words (SARS-COV-2 being 1 word) in mind.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD Our cells supposedly produce the same spike protein that protrude from the surface of the virus. In fact, our cells produce a MUTATION or "VARIANT," not the exact same spike protein found on the virus. The immune response is to the MUTATION. Very important.
"mRNA, delivered to your body's cells by lipid nanoparticles, instructs the cells to generate the spike protein found on the surface of the virus."
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD This talks about the spike protein of the vaccine being the same as the spike protein of the virus changed with Salk Institute produced this paper about the time the vaccines rolled out in 12/2020:
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD That's when the narrative changed to the spike protein of the virus being DIFFERENT than the spike protein of the vaccine. We were told that the vaccine would:
1. Stay in the arm muscle and not enter the bloodstream. 2. Spike protein would be displayed on the surface...
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD ...of the cells and not enter the bloodstream or go anywhere else in the body. 3. The locking of the spike protein of the vaccine in a Closed Position rendered it impossible to find with ACE2 receptors.
1-3 made the spike protein harmless now, not being separate from the virus.
1. The vaccine was NOT designed to stay in the arm, but the intent of the vaccine developers was to let some of the injection roam to other parts of the body to find "rare immune cells."
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD 2. The vaccine developers always knew some of the spike proteins would NOT be expressed on the surface of cells but would, like the lipid nanoparticle packages that do not stay in the arm muscle, could roam around, too.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD So, two of the three claimed safety features of the vaccine to mitigate spike protein dangers were NOT actually safety features, but were used as mere talking points when objections to the spike proteins being made in the body were raised. This kind of thing does not help.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD Now that it is out that the SPIKE PROTEINS OF THE VACCINE are actually VARIANTS, OR MUTATIONS, this gives to the question---"Is the mutation built into the spike protein of the vaccine enough to inhibit the production of an immune response to the SPIKE PROTEIN OF THE VIRUS?
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD I do not have an answer to that question, but it is a reasonable and legitimate question to be raised. It is NOT the spike protein of the virus--not exactly. We were told it was originally, but that narrative is now in shambles.
@John_for_hope@RWMaloneMD We need research to DETERMINE if the spike protein of the vaccine can achieve immunity from the spike protein of the virus. Assertions that it can are not acceptable. We need thorough, peer-reviewed research, with full disclosure of all supporting evidence.
@Nowheremaam@KathMLee1 They are using spike protein as the immune trigger. As I reported to TLAV @YoureAllDunces I have yet to find an early (2020-January 2021) article or video that: 1. Informs public spike protein is dangerous. 2. Documents steps taking in vaccine development to neutralize danger.
@Nowheremaam@KathMLee1@YoureAllDunces In addition to no documentation of steps taken to eliminate spike protein danger, we found statements from Shane Crotty, phd. in a video that two claims of "safety features" were false. Those claims were made after the danger of spike proteins were revealed to general public...
Dr. Crotty says the developers always knew all the vaccine would NOT stay in the arm muscle. They wanted the vaccine to enter "rare" immune cells to familiarize immune system with vaccine. Vaccine..
@YoureAllDunces
Update in the ongoing investigation into disclosures to the public prior to release of vaccines.
A review of three more videos of participants in vaccine development and with credentials in microbiology, etc. reflected NO disclosures of the dangers of...
...the spike protein of the virus, and no disclosures of any safety measures to control the health threats of spike protein. The SP2 mutation of the spike protein, designed in the vaccine development labs, stabilized the spike protein in a "closed position."
This was so there would be a better immune response to the spike protein OF THE VACCINE, rather than to prevent the spike protein from binding to an ACE2 receptor of a cell.
@YoureAllDunces Something else has to be broached as we confront the addition of this claimed safety feature for the vaccine spike protein that is supposed to prevent binding to ACE2 receptors.
The creation of the safety feature would further change the RNA genome of the vaccine's spike protein from the genome of the virus' spike protein. I don't think this fact is remotely debatable, but desperation can result in just about anything.
These differences in the appearances, and the genetic structures between the spike protein of the vaccine and the spike protein of the virus inspire questions about the nature of what constitutes a VARIANT of a virus.
I am trying to find out why the long-known data of the spike protein being the engine of COVID-19 was not disclosed prior to EUA of vaccines. This is my second attempt to address this since stories keep changing. I'm going back to original articles/videos...
...and creating a kind of index document, complete with links, identifying content that could cause people to be misinformed and lead to rabbit hole research, etc.
In the course of conducting research, the following related information was found:
In this video, we find out what makes a SELF-AMPLIFYING vaccine as opposed to a TRANSMISSIBLE vaccine, a frequent question.
@LL4DJT The vaccines cause your cells to make the Spike Protein, which is the dangerous aspect of the virus, which is just a type of CARRIER of the spike protein and basically does little to impact human health. An analogy of the relationship of the spike protein to the virus is here:
"Compared to SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2 is causing an even more severe pandemic due to its spreading speed and the population affected. Deep studies comparing the different disease-causing coronaviruses will shed light on the fundamental mechanisms of coronavirus
related diseases.
"Even though S proteins of SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 share very similar structures, the binding affinities of S protein and ACE2 of SARS-CoV-2 are much higher than SARS-CoV (Koehl, 2018). This might be the key reason for SARS-CoV-2's faster-spreading speed,
