It's fine to include paragraphs but make sure you let people scan thru what they actually want to read. Most people decide if they want to continue being on your site or not in the first 5 seconds.

Yes! Even if you don't have people to pick up the call, simply adding a toll-free number connected to an IVR will improve your conversion.
#4. Stop Using Jargons
Stop trying to sound smart by using big words unless you REALLY have to. Run your website with "Flesch-Kincaid" readability, make sure the score is under 8.

Run split testing to see what your audience likes.

Again, this one. You should know it. Most people will visit your site while taking a dump. So PLEASE make your site mobile responsive!

Can i get a refund in 30 days? Do i have to spend hours trying to figure this out? What if i don't like it? Think of all the "RISK" lead is taking and restructure them into FAQs questions, it helps!

#11. Stop using Fake testimonials. Video testimonials are better
You can fake it but at least make it real. Stop using perfect grammar, using Caps properly when talking about your company. Add 3 video testimonials with 3 different customer journeys and 3 different benefits.
#12. Live chats really do help! Not only will it allow people to ask questions they cannot find answers to but also a place to come back if something doesn't workout. Kills 2 birds with 1 stone!
#13. Exit popups and freebies really do boost conversion. Add them and put them on autoresponder!

Stop putting "Related products" or some other nonsense or even your "sister sites" links on random places. FOCUS on the 1 goal at a time!
#15. Should you add a bonus?
hmmm. No stupid ebooks. Give them something that they can actually benefit from and make it time-sensitive!
#16. CALL TO ACTION
You REALLY have to tell people to buy or whatever you want them to do! it might seem "obvious" to you but don't assume!! STRONG CTA In multiple places!!!

People want to feel belonging to the community, what i do is hold a live webinar once a month to talk about new ways to use the product, client showcase, upcoming features etc
Quora is a goldmine for those who know how to use it. If your customers are searching " What, How, Which and Why" questions, I can bet that quora is on the first page of google with an answer. Respond with an interesting image and example & of-course lead them.
