You impress the most when you are not trying to impress.
'Hmm... I've noticed this too. Any idea why?'

Yes. Allow me to logically break down the initial tweet.

You'll learn how to play the social game correctly

👇👇
One of the bigger mistakes you can make with people is to have a: transaction mentality.

'Transaction mentality? What's that??'

Picture going to McDonalds
When you go to McDonald's, if you give a dollar & some change, you'll get a McDouble.

Money is given to the cashier
Cashier gives you the Burger

Transaction complete
This works with fast food orders but not with people.

Where you try to impress someone & they are impressed...
When you actively try to impress someone, you come off as cringe

This is how a 'Nice Guy' is formed

The underlying narrative they operate with is:
-How can I get the other person to like me?
'So how do charismatic people operate?'

Rather than trying to impress others, they just live in the present.

Living in the present is difficult to do

So it's smart to warm up with training wheels
Warm up by seeing how can I add value to the other person?

Make the person feel BIGGER in some way
All humans have a desire for MORE.

They want more riches, more recognition, more feelings etc

Train the mind to see how it can add value to the other person
'But wait!! Isn't this trying to impress the other person??'

No..

Because here's what you're going to do.

You're going to add value to them

But you are not going to expect anything back
This fools the subconscious mind to think it already has everything

Also, it makes the act of giving filled with MORE LIFE
The transaction mentality, aka Nice Guy Mentality is like:

-I add value to you
-You like me

Abundance mentality is:
-I add value to you & make you FEEL BIGGER
-The end
When you don't expect anything back, that's when you suspend the 'am I impressing the other person' narrative

Ironically, you end up impressing them more!
While the Nice Guy incites repulsion

The person who gives and makes a person feel BIG incites admiration
Try it out for yourself

Give in a way where you are not expecting anything back

To give properly, make them FEEL

You make them feel by getting to know them & seeing what's important to them
Later on, they will talk you up when you leave

And the universe will get this surplus of energy provided & boomerang it back to you in some way

If the mind doesn't have problems to solve, it creates problems to dwell on
When you run away from problems, problems find you.

And not the good kind.

'There are good kinds of problems?'

Absolutely...
Life is dualistic

Coward/brave

Mind Gym:

Non fiction to work out your left brain.

Fiction to work out your right brain.

Meditation to exercise awareness.

Visualization to sharpen imagination.

Writing to slow down your thoughts.

Focus for strength training.

Reframing thoughts for reps.
Let's break each of them down

A mind that remains in rest goes backward

Brainwashing happens GRADUALLY.

Which is why it's difficult to spot.

Narratives gets subtly reinforced.

At first, you don't make much of it.

But overtime?

You have altered beliefs.

Be very alert.

All content is not good content. A lot are sinister.
Good content makes good people great

Bad content makes good people resent the great

When there is nothing to do, the body defaults to feeling tired.

When challenges are presented, the body defaults to feeling energized.

If you always feel tired, it's not always because you're doing too much.

It may be because you're not doing enough.
A mind with nothing to do dwells

A body with nothing to do feels sleepy...

In school, memorization is rewarded.

In the real world, understanding is.
Understanding leads to memorization of the right things

Memorization does not always lead to an understanding of the right things.
Let's talk a bit about the difference between school education and real world education

Just because the 2 phrases have 'education' does not mean they are being used the same way
