Irony is that while the Ordinance passed under PM Manmohan Singh had whole support of the cabinet including Chidambaram and Kapil Sibal, besides was cleared by Cong #CoreGroup including SoniaGandhi, it was held to ransom by a dynast RahulG not a member of cabinet.
