Is this the last day of the Gov's case?

How many times will the Defence name witnesses and survivors who have been granted anonymity?

Will MV2, Annie Farmer, be in court today.

Annie is the only one who has publicly come forward.

With all the name slips it's no wonder so much evidence has been sealed by the Judge.

Survivors don't need to be retraumatised over and over.

Hell yes I want to see these documents, other names, but I also know these survivors owe us nothing.

Centre the survivors, do no harm

First witness of the day seems to be linked to the parcel sent from New York to Florida containing lingerie sent to a 14yo Minor Victim.

Tracy Chapell, a senior paralegal at FedEx takes the stand.

She is shown an invoice.

My punt is this invoice was discovered during raids of #epstein's homes.

Gov wants it sealed - no doubt to protect the identity of the survivor. Less chance of an unredacted version leaking.

It is easy to look up addresses and work out past residents.

In this case as there would be no other names of possible alleged other abusers listed on the document, I can see no issue with this.

Witness is asked if the invoice is from #Epstein's FedEx account.

Damn. over for the day. it's 10.30am in NY but 2.30am in Aust and I just slammed down my second double espresso in an hour.
Looks like I'm up for the rest of the night.

It is important that both the Gov and Def have a full team and a healthy team on the ball.
I hope the stress of the delay isn't too harsh on Annie, her family and the other survivors.

Today's early end to the hearing is why when the Gov and Def were asked in early Oct to estimate the length of trial the Gov asked for Jury to be available up to and over xmas.

Remember testimony and then possibly weeks of deliberation.

This trial isn't being cut short.

So court has ended for the day due to illness.
