Employee 1 was slated to appear to confirm the Black Book, exhibit 52.

Key to this is the extensive testimony of #Epstein's former Palm Beach manager, Juan Alessi.
The Gov also presents portions of #GhislaineMaxwell's own April 2016 deposition in the civil defamation case brought against her by Virginia Giuffre.

#GhislaineMaxwell clearly states in her deposition that exhibit 52 was a copy of a 'stolen' document, and the Gov contents this also validates the legitimacy of the exhibit.

On Nov 19 the Defence argued against the exhibit and the inclusion of Employee 1 to legitimize it.

Upshot. The Gov contends that the testimony of Juan Alessi well and truly establishes exhibit 52 as the #Epstein #GhislaineMaxwell black book and that Employee 1 who started after Alessi took that copy is no longer needed to testify.

The Household Manual, exhibit 606, also clearly states that the black books were updated regularly and were placed to the right of all phones, except guest bedrooms.
The manual also ties #GhislaineMaxwell tightly to #Epstein in terms of her position in the house.

@lisapodcasts Employee 1 was listed only to show that the Black Book was a legitimate exhibit.
The Gov firmly asserts she is no longer needed to back this up as Alessi's testimony has done that beyond a doubt.
