I like to think that A-Yuan is also an omega, and he and LWJ sometimes nest together! As he grows up, he mostly stops doing that. But sometimes, particularly after WWX's return, LSZ joins his parents in their nest for Cozy Family Time.

I also think that sometimes (particularly when LSZ's heat is coming up) LWJ gets a bit Feral and Overprotective.

He even boots WWX out of the nest! (Temporarily!)

ONLY nest with baby. ONLY protect baby. No one else allowed. No alphas. Go away. Don't touch Baby or he will bite!

WWX and LJY have to mope around the courtyard together for a few days.

LWJ no care them. :( He kick them like the football. :( They're not allowed to poke their heads in the room to say hi to LSZ. :( If they try it, they'll get bitten by Omegaji. :(

RIP to absolutely everyone when LSZ gets old enough to have Suitors.

LXC: Wangji. We've had an offer for Sizhui's hand. It's from the-

LWJ: No.

LXC: ...Wangji. You didn't even hear which clan made the offer. 😒

LWJ: No. 😡

LXC: He's an adult now, Wangji. We must at least CONSIDER any marriage offers.

LWJ: Very well. I will consider this one.

LXC: ...

LWJ: ...

LXC: ...

LWJ: I considered. The answer is no.

LWJ: *flounces off*

I've decided it's extra funny if this is a Juniors OT4 situation!

LWJ was furiously determined to defend his precious A-Yuan's virtue against ONE potential spouse. But now there are THREE? And they're all boys that LWJ ACTUALLY LIKES?!

They're all boys that A-Yuan likes?!?!

Horrors! What can LWJ do against such formidable opponents!

Also, I think it's super-duper-funny if LWJ catches all four of the boys together, thoroughly destroying A-Yuan's virtue. 😡

(Spoiler alert: LSZ's virtue was actually destroyed about six months ago, but PLEASE do not tell LWJ that. 😔)

For bonus comedy, I think it's funny if LWJ is about eight months pregnant with twins when all this goes down. So he's yelling and waddling around!

WWX and LXC are trying to calm him down, because getting upset isn't good for the babies!

LWJ is too pregnant to do much cultivation work, but he's still prepared to draw Bichen and whoop some ass!

LQR is drawn out of his study by all the noise, and now he's yelling that there's no yelling in Cloud Recesses!

It's a mess. JL is yelling, too. OYZZ is probably crying. LJY is rending his garments, because he has Disappointed HGJ, and therefore he no longer deserves to live!

I don't know how all of this gets sorted out. Probably all three of the boys are prepared to marry LSZ on the SPOT, to repair his damaged virtue!

(Sidenote: I feel like LXC is watching these kids like, 'Look at them, with their happy functional poly marriage. 🥲 ')

Anyway! If we want to go full sitcom-style, then this is obviously the moment where LWJ goes into labor, and then everyone is frantically running around with towels and hot water and the midwives.

I imagine that LWJ calms down once he's holding his brand-new babies, and perhaps still a little loopy from the pain relief medication.

He reluctantly accepts that LSZ is grown up, and it's time to let his baby leave the nest. He gives the boys permission to marry.

JL yells some more, because that's how he expresses all forms of strong emotion. OYZZ bursts into tears again. LJY ascends into a higher plane of existence, because HGJ (in his noble and heavenly benevolence!) has forgiven him.

Everything is calm and peaceful.

...Until it becomes clear that LSZ is currently pregnant, and this will need to be a shotgun wedding. 😌
