#SupremeCourt to hear a plea by class 12th students who were either declared fail or awarded awarded very less marks in the improvement examination seeking issuance of directions to CBSE to not cancel their original result in which they were declared to have passed

Adv Mamta Sharma: the issue is students who have scored less on evaluation and attempted another exam, they should be allowed to retain their original marksheets

Justice Khanwilkar: CBSE has said they have appeared in exams with open eyes

SC: Improvisation ended up with less marks or fail. admissions will get affected now. so this needs to be considered. its a one time thing

Justice Khanwilkar: Kya argue kar rahe hai bhaiya (to CBSE) you say yes or no. otherwise we will issue directions

Adv Rupesh Kumar: the bench may issue directions

SC: Have you spoken with your officers?

Kumar: I will take instructions

SC: Hearing is deferred till January 7, 2022 at the request of Mr Kumar
