Hard-right Tory MP & GB "News" presenter Dehenna Davison, attacks Britain's free press for the crime of *asking her questions*, after she was photographed with anti-vax literature which she claims was unsolicited.
A GB "News" presenter COMPLAINING about BEING ASKED QUESTIONS! 🤪
If you're not familiar with Dehenna, here's some basics:
She's from Sheffield, then went to Hull University & during her time there she spent a year working as a parliamentary aide for nonother than Jacob Rees-Mogg, which is presumably where she was radicalised.
Suits you sir!
On 14 February 2020, it was reported that she had been photographed with two far-right activists at a party to celebrate Brexit on 31 January in her constituency. Advocacy group Hope not Hate called for the Conservatives to undertake an investigation.
"To pose for a photo with one far-right activist may be regarded as a misfortune; to pose with two looks like carelessness."
Dehenna Davison attended a Brexit celebration at a pub in Bishop Auckland, where she was snapped in some embarrassing company.
In September 2020, Davison was criticised by her own party after she mocked then Scottish Labour leader Richard Leonard for having an English accent & bizarrely suggested that this was the reason for @UKLabour's decline in support in Scotland.
A spokesman for the Scottish Conservatives: "This criticism is unacceptable. It plays into the kind of divisive politics that the SNP promote."
Conservative MSP Dean Lockhart also distanced himself from Davison's comments & stated that Leonard's accent is "irrelevant".
Davison is on the far right of the party 😉 & is a member of the Home Affairs Select Committee & the ERG, on the steering committee of the China Research Group, on the board of Blue Collar Conservatives, & active in The Northern Policy Foundation.
As of April 2021, Davison also co-chairs with Greg Smith the Free Market Forum, a group of free-market-obsessed Conservative MPs, which is affiliated with the extremely dodgy & ideologically extreme libertarian Tufton St think tank, the Institute of Economic Affairs.
You won't be surprised to read that Dehenna followed the lead of divisive & irresponsible hard-right Home Secretary Priti Patel by blaming "activist lawyers" for preventing the Home Office from deporting migrants who cross the Channel in small boats.
Since June 2021, Davison has been a co-host of 'The Political Correction' on GB "News" on Sunday mornings with divisive gobshite Nigel Farage, earning £369 per week in one of her second jobs - she's also listed as the director of a PR firm, DSD 22, set up on September 10, 2020.
Davison married John Fareham, a Conservative councillor on Hull City Council in 2018. There was a 35-year age gap between them. The couple appeared on the documentary series Bride & Prejudice, which showed their wedding. They separated before #GE2019.
Finally, it should be noted Dehenna Davidson did have a difficult childhood, & she has struggled with her mental health, for which she deserves some sympathy.
However, it does not excuse or explain why she's active in THE most reactionary end of the Tory Party

There's a significant problem for the @Conservatives with Nadine Dorries' unexpected @BBC distraction announcement: millions of us ♥️ the @BBC, & a key audience for the BBC is the same demographic that keeps the Tories in power - older voters.
At the height of the #Covid19 crisis when lockdowns were announced, 84% of adults went to the @BBC.
The BBC was the number one source for information on #Covid19 - 45% of people named the BBC as
their most important source, far ahead of the next
nearest (officials, 13%).
'Lockdown Learning' brought a record breaking 5.8 million browsers to @bbcbitesize for the first week of launch in January 2021.
4.5 million interactions with @BBC Local Radio 'Make a Difference' campaign - the biggest response the BBC has ever had to a local radio campaign.
Former Director of Policy for PM David Cameron, Camilla Cavendish, today stated that Britain is "sleepwalking into a police state."
She said that MPs claiming facemasks "is an imposition on civil liberties, have waved through these provisions" effectively criminalising protest.
Since the 296 page #PoliceBill passed through the House of Commons, Priti Patel has brought in an ADDITIONAL 18 pages at the last second (effectively an additional Bill) which has had ZERO scrutiny from MPs, & which bring in further draconian provisions.
The lack of shared reality between left & right has contributed greatly to our current political polarization. Despite occasional left forays into reality denial, conservatives are far more likely to accept misinformation and outright lies.
Deliberate campaigns of misinformation & conservative preferences for information that fits in with their pre-existing ideology provide only a partial explanation.
"YouTuber. Christian. Trump Advisor. Husband and Father of 8 children. Here's my Podcast link..." 🤮
Free-market capitalism: the more dumb, unhinged, provocative, & outrageous the claims, the more the rewards (in heaven, but especially on earth!)
In 2018, Trump appointed Taylor Marshall to his campaign’s Catholic Advisory Board. A Texan & convert to Catholicism, Marshall has long used YouTube to propagate a version of the faith that combines hard-core traditionalism with cloak-and-dagger intrigue. theatlantic.com/politics/archi…
“From the year AD 33 to 2020, Catholicism has not changed one iota,” he stated in a recent video, those who disagree are: “algae, bacteria, goo.”
He has a book, "Infiltration: The Plot to Destroy the Church From Within" - like a conspiracy novel written by an 8-yr-old on acid.
Turns out that Boris Johnson & his government were lying about "levelling-up" too!
England’s north-south divide continues to deepen: the south-east is home to one-third of the UK population, but now accounts for 45% of its economy & 42% of its wealth.
In the five years to 2019/20, London received the equivalent of £12,147 per person, while in the north the figure was only £8,125.
The stark disparities will fuel concerns among “red wall” Tory MPs that the govt’s "flagship policy" is just another cheap, manipulative, slogan.
If investment in the north had matched that in London over the five years from 2014/15, it would have meant an extra £61bn of spending in areas such as transport, infrastructure & skills. Rishi Sunak has effectively capped the main levelling-up fund at £4.8bn for this parliament.
