11. Now on 9 December 2021 SCI dismissed the writ petition filed by Maninder Bitta and the stay on Prof. Bhullr’s release was vacated. Now @ArvindKejriwal led @AamAadmiParty government needs to issue release order of Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar.
12. According to Advo. Jaspal Singh @Manjhpur a fresh process to consider Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar’s case for permanent release is undergoing as various records/documents related to Prof. Bhullr’s case are summoned by Delhi government.
13. It remains to be seen that whether @AamAadmiParty led Delhi government would decide for Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar’s case before Punjab elections or will keep him behind the bars for its ‘supposed political motives’.
