2/ After more than 4 years in the space, I have experienced a lot. I joined #Crypto mid 2017 and entered in on the cusp of the #ICO craze. The hype mantra is till today frequently changing. Back in the days, the hype went for the next $BTC or $ETH-killer.

3/ #DeFi was just starting and #Metaverse and #NFTs if at all just been known in their communities. Often, promising looking projects didn't deliver and disappeared during a bear market.

4/ In retrospect, the overall feeling that is left is much more of making a quick Dollar as a non-public business plan. I don’t think that this is a secret. With actually more than 17000 different #cryptocurrencies (CMC) it is obvious that there is potential failure included.

5/ But how can you navigate through this sea of project promises to find this one golden nugget with value? There is one little thing missing but yet so important. This little essential thing that's missing still today in many of the high ranked crypto businesses.

6/ It is called integrity! In my humble opinion, the most essential characteristics of a personality or business practice. After years of searching for it in #crypto, I finally found it in $JUNO.

7/ Besides integrity, what $JUNO has shown so far is much more valuable than many big players have shown so far. So, why do I think Juno shows a high level of integrity? Well, there are some reasons to that.

8/ From a business perspective we can look at the token economics and after that some words to their ecosystem and community engagement.

9/ First, @JunoNetwork #Airdropped 47% of the total supply at genesis event to token holders and early supporters of $ATOM and the internet of blockchain vision. That is a fair way of distributing project funds. This way it feels more like a #partnership than a simple investment.

10/ Second, there was no seed, private or public sale. No early investor whatever kind will dump their tokens on top of you. Just take a look at the recent price action of the market and compare it to $JUNO.

11/ Third, (in my opinion the most important one) the vesting schedule of the token, distributed to the @Core1_official Team, is 12 years.

12/ What that means to me is that the Developers of $JUNO a) know what they are doing, b) have a long term vision and dedication to the project and c) no plan that they possibly liquidate some of their tokens at a peak on their token holders.

13/ Fourth, the ecosystem they are building is impressive. They not only build an interoperable smart contract platform, but also developing @junoswapdex, @_JunoMint, @DA0_DA0 for DAO creation and airdropping hard money to stakers @NetaMoney (snapshot was 15. Dec.21).

14/ Fifth, their community engagement is exceptional. I never experienced an easier way of engaging with the devs on various social media channels. Many projects should follow that example. Love it!

15/ (Note on that: this high quality community engagement you find at many places inside the @cosmos ecosystem!
For example: $OSMO $FLIX $STARS $SCRT $HUAHUA $NETA $REGEN $YAWP $ROWAN $CMDX and many more..)

16/ Last few words: I think a lot of places in this world lack integrity. If you find it (in person or in business), hold it! If you find a business or project that shows integrity, then it's time to take a closer look!

17/ Do with your hard-earned money whatever you like, and don't follow blindly any influencer or good advice. Not even mine! Take care, DYOR, and place your bets in crypto at the right places! For me, it is @cosmos and especially $JUNO.
