In ongoing pre-sentencing back and forth, defense counsel tells Judge Johnson the parties have agreed to a 60 month prison sentence. Song has been in jail since being arrested.

Song: I still have to pay my student loans, with the stigma and miasma of having a felony on my record. My pharmacist license is expiring. I am appreciative of being alive. In an ironic way, the sufferings I endured in the MDC have given me fortitude.
