7 "remarkable incident. Mover then told Kelleher that about 24 hours later three large black SUVs pulled up in the holler. Out of the black SUVs stepped several black-suited individuals wearing dark glasses. They loudly and urgently called for all the locals to gather together.

8 "Within about 30 minutes, all of the local holler inhabitants had gathered around the black SUVs, and the leader of the 'Men-In-Black' began asking the locals about what they had seen in the sky. Slowly, after a lot of hesitation, some of the crowd gave a brief description of

9 "the spectacular UFO that they had seen the previous night. The leader then climbed on top of his vehicle and in front of the assembled holler inhabitants told them: 'You would be well advised not to talk about this incident in the future.' Silence reigned over the crowd.

10 "Then loudly, he added: 'It will be in your interests not to speak about of this incident again.' According to Movers’ family members who were present at the meeting, his tone was threatening. The message was unmistakable. An intimidating silence seemed to hover over the

11 "assembled crowd. Just as suddenly as they had arrived, the three black SUVs departed the holler at high speed. Then, oddly, within three months and without warning, a series of electrical transformers were erected in the Kentucky holler, and shortly thereafter, for the first

12 "time in their history, the holler residents were fully electrified. The technology was state of the art, and the puzzled holler inhabitants slowly began to suspect that there might be a link between the man’s threat, the fact that the holler denizens kept silent about the UFO

13 "incident, and the unexpected appearance of the high-tech electrification unit in their small community. Mover told Kelleher that this incident was worth looking into. He found the incident sufficiently intriguing that it had provoked a more open-minded attitude toward

21 "searching for something or someone. Jones woke up his wife who confirmed the helicopters. Just over five hours later, at 7:30 a.m., a series of loud knocks at the door woke him up. His wife had gone to work that morning at 5:00, and his son was in bed asleep.

22 "The two men on Jones’ doorstep brusquely told him they wanted to talk to him about his 'sighting report.' The men were driving a late model four-door Ford sedan with white plates. Jones felt intimidated by the two men and warily invited them to come in and sit in the living

23 "room. The older of the two men, who identified himself as 'Mr. Michael,' initiated all of the questioning. Mr. Michael, who was in his 40s, wore a black suit, white shirt, black tie, and very polished shoes. He had a very pale complexion with dark gray hair. The younger man,

24 "who had dark hair and appeared to be in his late 30s, was similarly dressed. Both men stood over six feet tall and looked to weigh more than 200 pounds. Jones told BAASS investigators that neither man spoke like people native to Georgia. When they sat down on the couch,

25 "Jones noticed what he thought was a handgun under Mr. Michael’s suit coat. The conversation quickly turned into an interrogation; Mr. Michael did most of the talking, the younger man sat forward on the couch staring at him in a hostile manner. At no time during the

26 "interrogation did either of the two men produce any identification. The interrogation focused on what Jones had seen on Friday night, May 8. The two men took copious notes and appeared to be drawing diagrams, as Jones responded to their detailed questions.

27 "After 30–40 minutes, the two men abruptly stood up to leave. The younger man told the now thoroughly frightened Jones not to mention the sighting to anyone else. About a week after the incident, Jones drove into town and pulled into a gas station when the same black sedan

28 "carrying the two mysterious men who had interviewed him pulled in behind him. Jones clearly recognized the younger man at the wheel of the vehicle. Jones called BAASS and reported that he thought the sedan was following him. This time Jones had the presence of mind to make

29 "note of their plate number. After a lot of legwork by BAASS investigators and one of their contract researchers, the license plate of the Ford sedan was unambiguously tracked to a specific Department of Homeland Security (DHS) carpool."
