Indiana HB1041 is on the Senate floor and has added a new cosponsor in newly elected Senator Byrne. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would mandate school athletics be divided based on "biological sex". How "biological sex" is to be determined is unclear.
New Hampshire HF1180 had a hearing this morning where testimony was heard without a vote. This bill would mandate that amended birth certificates do not apply to athletics, prisons or "places of intimate privacy". It acts as a sports and bathroom bill in one.
