NATO Chief @jensstoltenberg: It is a brutality against civilians we haven't seen in Europe for decades. It's horrific & absolutely unacceptable to target & kill civilians.… I strongly welcome the investigation by International Criminal Court.

In #Borodyanka he saw a dead body w/ hands tied behind back & severe bruises on it, appears to have been tortured & executed. Shell casing found near body.

I'm not the only one calling this genocide. Historians, survivors, observers and today Ukraine's Pres. Zelensky also called it #genocide.
