• Partially Closed Eyelids
• Concave-up Furrow in the Lower Eyelids
• Elevated Cheek Muscles

4/ .... there are no teeth showing. Vice President Harris is actively suppressing the mouth component of her sincere smile (aka Duchenne Smile).
5/ Indeed (and ironically to some), it's often EASIER to discern if a smile is sincere when there are NO TEETH being displayed (thus the smile is being partially suppressed).
6/ SUMMARY: Teeth need NOT be displayed for the smile to be sincere. And this is absolutely a true, felt smile of Joy-Happiness on VP Harris' face.
