1. The instructor cannot understand what a beginner knows and doesn’t know, and assume some things are basic when they’re not for a beginner.
2. “It clearly follows that…”
When following a tutorial, key steps are skipped which are not trivial for a beginner.

3. Using lots of technical jargon from the start.
4. Dry, boring, and meaningless coding examples.
5. Focusing too much on syntax and coding patterns, and not enough on understanding what’s really happening.
It’s frustrating when you finish a tutorial and you feel you can replicate that tutorial but nothing else.
