Many of us are #VAWG survivors, of course, and being political and opinionated whilst being female is often enough reason to be targeted by rank misogyny. Sometimes even from other women... (3/7)

Our warrior mermaid A is one of those women whose heart is bursting with compassion for others. She brings us all together and reminds us of sisterhood and sunlight and, err, wine 🍷... (5/7)
One thing the zealots can never chip away at is our fierce and terrible LOVE. Even for our sisters who are still performing feminism for the male gaze. We've all been there, and we're all working to pull each other out... (6/7)
