WEST #Ukraine army has a clear strategy of using CIVILIANS buildings. Sometimes even with civilians inside like Azovstal, then they can yell "War Crime" if attacked.

Pretty good thread about #Bucha, there is a video showing how Ukraine was shelling the Russian forces stationed in the town.
Most civilians were killed by those shells, the others we killed by the Ukrainian special forces. (Safari et al)
