Alexander Mikhailovich Feskov, is the accused Ukrainian doctor. He founded the clinic in Kharkiv and had a team working in Prague. 
They take advantage of poor Ukrainian women and pay them a reward of 10,000 dollars. These women, then move to Prague before giving birth.
At that time, the "client/buyer" arrives in the Czech Republic for the first time and pays 60-70.000 euros for the baby. Czech detectives came across with customers from China, the United States, Norway, Sweden, Germany and Greece.
The payments then ended up in accounts in Cyprus & Switzerland belonging to companies that Dr. Feskov does not own on paper, but in fact controls from the background.
