Been thinking of what would be the best way to capture my #Infocomm22 story. Being a part of the community (#AVTweeps #AVintheAM #AVHappyHour) and getting active on social media has been so important to me in this journey. So here it is:

2/ That badge truly summarizes everything. My @Audinate fam would joke that I was highly 'decorated' and I'd say how I wore every one of those ribbons with pride! Being an #Audinator has been an amazing experience! We are not co-workers - we are family. Just ask @thesmoothfactor

3/ Being a speaker and getting to share knowledge is something I really love! Im grateful for all the opportunities I got! Tuesday 06/07 kicked things off with the #PMvEng session with my dear friend @jacobyaudio. Here are some pics (thx @noreenesson and @ChewieDaWookiee)

4/ The feedback was great & exactly what we'd hoped for. PM/Eng learning resources are abundant. We wanted to talk about the challenges, processes & pains. It was heartwarming to see #AVTweeps in the crowd. Here's a fun after sesh pic! Thanks again @AVIXA (We'll be back! in '23)

5/ Wed 06/08 was 🌪️day with lots of 🏃! Started things off at the @AVIXA XChange Live booth with @BenRayThomas and @SamanthaDPowell! Once again joined by @jacobyaudio (Pics courtesy the amazing @HananeAbdalla)

6/ 📺link: . Lots of tech trends particularly with the adoption of #Cloud & #Software based AV. #infocomm22 for me will always be about the #human connection "The fact that Im meeting ppl for the first time but it hasnt felt like the first time"🔥🔥

7/ If an year ago someone told that I'd be speaking at #Infocomm22 about #DEI I would probably have been skeptical. But here I am. Being the Chair of the @AvixaDiversity has given me the honor to share my voice and join several amazing leaders. Thank you @SonyProUSA for the opp!

8/ Joining @TammyFuqua3 , @Ttboyd_is & @NerdyGirlAV in a panel moderated by Paul Fleuranges was a great experience. It was an honor to touch on so many #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion #Belonging topics. Its about learning, listening and doing better everyday! #DiversityinAV

9/ What day of speaking is complete without sharing the wonders of #Dante. Yep snuck that into the list too 🤣Taught a Level 3 session. I really do love talking about subnets and all that stuff. #Networking #IT #Cybersecurity #DanteSpokenHere (I stole this pic from @haircutfw)

10/ Last speaking event of the day was Trend Forecast: IT and Networked AV with some legends! Gary Yarbrough, @KevTalbot and @midwichjenny! (Had to throw in this hilarious pic edit by @mogabr) Once again a really engaging panel. Find the 📺 here:

11/ Next up was the #AVTweepUp. It was an #AVSelfie festival. Thats going to be a whole another thread that I'll eventually get to! Got to meet so many cool people. This thread will be continued :)

12/ Told ya there's more 😂 So Thu 06/09 started off with the All Council Summit! Great work on the rebranding @AVIXA Rising Professionals! Keynote address by @VKadlubek founder of @MeowWolf! Was joined by the other council chairs. @AvixaDiversity. Also got to meet Kim Lonas!

13/ Then came one of the highlights of #Infocomm22! Something we put a lot of work into. The @AvixaDiversity Council main event! Keynote address by the amazing @DrShelbyHill followed by a panel discussion with Althea Ricketts of @shuresystems and @ChrisFitzNJ reppin @Crestron.

14/ 📺Session link: Moderating the panel was truly amazing! Shelby as always is a remarkable speaker and the panel discussion was true gold! Althea was dropping gems every minute and Chris brought a wealth of knowledge! Absolutely amazing! #DiversityinAV

15/ What followed was just what the doctor ordered - a nice, warm networking event with members of the @AvixaDiversity Council! So great to meet our council family! Thursday was another day of walking but hey it was worth it!

16/ Friday 06/10 was just so much of fun! Started off with a session on #VirtualSwitching and talked about #NetworkFunctionVirtualization and #SDN! Quick knowledge drop! 📺link: . Loved the Tech Innovation Stage!

17/ Couldnt end this without a recording at the @starin_mkg #BaseCAMP with the social media don himself @Chris_neto. We recorded a #DanteQuickShots - Infocomm Recap with my #Audinators Luke Heckel and @thesmoothfactor (Bernie was on booth duty sadly) Guest appearance by #NotNeto

Ended the day with some unbelievable fun! The #Audinators were on tour (not gonna reveal much) but do check out this space for more videos once they are out! We have made #Audinators out of the entire @Audinate fam!
