Worth noting that this is likely an ISKP attack and it comes after over a week of sustained ISKP propaganda targeting India, Hindus along with the Taliban regime. Just few days ago ISKP's al-Azaim Foundation had released a 55-page booklet targeting India/Hindus & Taliban.
Same pattern followed in ISKP's Voice of Khurasan magazine:
But at the same time it's also important to note that just yesterday there was also a mosque explosion in Kunduz, which remains unclaimed but is likely the work of ISKP cell. So mosques are also being targeted in Afghanistan.
"Sawinder Singh Sikh aged around 60 Yrs S/o late Kishan Singh and native of Ghazni has been killed during the brutal attack in Kabul earlier today at gurdwara. His cremation will take place later there today and his family resides in New Delhi."

ISKP claims yesterday's attack targeting Hindu temple in Kabul, led by inghimasi Abu Mohammad Al-Tajiki, involving 4 IEDs + a car bomb, who fought for 3 hours with the Taliban, killing & wounding 50. ISKP claims attack was in response to Indian politicians insulting Prophet.

ISKP's Al-Azaim Foundation released Khurasan Ghag magazine issue # 4, which carries photo of Abu Muhammed al-Tajiki (aka Ustad Abdullah Abu Mohammed), the ISKP fighter who led the June 18th attack on Kabul temple. He's identified as a leader of ISKP's Tajik suicide bomber squad.

Islamic State released issue # 346 of al-Naba magazine. The Kuje prison-break in Abuja, Nigeria receives extensive double page coverage in the magazine. As part of its "Breaking the walls" campaign, IS also mentions previous similar attacks in Afghanistan, Syria, etc.
In the weekly embedded infographic in al-Naba, Wilayah Khorasan (ISKP) came in the top 3 in both: # of attacks + # of casualties.
ISKP claimed a total of 37 casualties and 12 attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Al-Naba carries exclusive photo of Saif al-Islam Omar, one of the two ISKP fighters who carried out the armed attack on bus carrying Taliban fighters from 207th al-Farooq Corps in Herat. He was killed in Taliban retaliatory fire. #Afghanistan
Actually, this isn't such a wise move. Imran Khan's regime stopped celebrating Burhan Wani because of FATF. Now this govt is back to celebrating him even though Pakistan is still in Grey List. I'm sure India will use this in FATF. Burhan Wani was a bloody terrorist.
Ansar Ghazwatul Hind was formed right after Burhan Wani's death by his own former colleagues who defected from pro-Pakistan groups like Hizbul Mujahideen. AGH is Al-Qaeda branch in Jammu & Kashmir.
