#1: Organic Social
Organic social is still a great way to reach customers and to get "free" traffic to your site.
Regular IG traffic and engagement isβ¬οΈ, but brands we're working with are getting the best results from being active on stories, Reels, and TikTok.

#2: Paid Ads
When it comes to paid ads, results have been up. β¬οΈ
We had brands last week hitting a consistent 3.5+ ROAS for the first time in a while.
When it comes to paid ads, make sure you are:
β Creating strong ad creative (as seen below).
β Using @triplewhale to measure results.
β Diversifying across FB + IG, TT, and Google.
β Running DPA ads (we've been seeing great results with DPA for prospecting and remarketing).
#3: Email + SMS
Email + SMS is a big moneymaker and will make your ad game more profitable by helping you:
β Convert more visitors into customers.
β Boost customer LTV.
β Increase profit.
For email + SMS, make sure you are:
β Using @PostscriptIO for SMS and @klaviyo for email.
β Using a strong pop-up to grow your lists.
β Setting up heavy-hitting automated flows.
β Planning strong email campaigns each week.

To grow a Shopify store, you don't need super complicated funnels. You just need to
β Go hard on 1 social channel, probably IG or TT
β Run paid ads on 1-3 channels (FB/IG, Google, TT)
β Build out automated email + SMS flows
β Send 1-2 new email + SMS campaigns per week
Store owners mess up when they try to do everything and then end up not doing anything well.
You're not going to be able to do Instagram AND TikTok AND Youtube...until you have a team.
So until that happens, keep it simple, pick 1, and go hard.
You're also not going to be able to do paid ads and PR and influencer outreach and SEO and giveaways.
So you need to stick with what works, i.e. paid ads, email, SMS, and organic social.
Then, when you grow, you can start doing influencer outreach, etc.
