#BREAKING: Russian security agency claims to have nabbed Islamic State suicide bomber who was planning to strike in India, targeting a member of the "ruling circles". The terrorist is in Russia’s custody and is likely an Islamic State (ISIS) operative. More details are awaited.

Statement by Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on arrest of a suicide bomber who is native of a Central Asian Country and was planning to attack a top member of ruling government in India. The terrorist was recruited in Turkey in recent months by ISIS.

This is the video of the #ISIS suicide bomber apprehended by the Russian security agency. He has confessed that he was tasked by Islamic State to target a top leader of ruling government in India.

#ISIS terrorist has said in his confession that the suicide attack he was planning in India was in retaliation of the recent so called “insult of the prophet” by BJP leader Nupur Sharma. This is a very serious development and Indian intelligence agencies are already at work.

Interesting. Indian Defence Minister @rajnathsingh will be on scheduled visit to #Uzbekistan from 23-25 Aug to attend Annual meeting of Defence Ministers' of #Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Visit comes a day after an #Uzbek terrorist on way to India was arrested by Russia.
