In 2010 #India under Dr Manmohan Singh Govt gave #Pakistan US $ 25 million for flood relief.
* This was 2 years after 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
* Pak had not punished #HafizSaeed let alone State actors in 26/11 terror.
* Was Pak grateful?
* Did Pak stop India centric terror?
No. Pak shamelessly not only took $ 20 million of Indian tax payers money & another $ 5 million through UN, Pak terror continued to bleed India.
* In 2011 Pak terror hit Mumbai with multiple blasts at Zaveri Bazar, Opera House & Dadar.
* Sept 2011 there was a blast outside Del HC
In 2010 despite taking $ 25 million of Indian tax payers funds, Pak Mil Jihad complex continued to kill Indians.
* 11 killed & 50 injured in 2011 Delhi High Court blast blamed on Pak terror.
* 20 killed & over 100 injured in the multiple blasts in Zaveri Bazar Opera House, Mumbai
* 2012 Low intensity blasts in Pune
* 2013 Terror attacks in Srinagar, Hyderabad & Bangalore.
* 2014 Attacks in India & on Indian Consulate in #Afghanistan traced back to LeT.
* India continued to engage with & help #Pak only to be stabbed in the back by radical Islamists in Pak.
* Uri, Gurdaspur, Pathankot terror strikes during @PMOIndia regime despite engagement with Pak & a surgical strike.
* Pulwama in 2019 & the #Balakot air strike in Pak KPK has been a real game changer.
* Hawk eye on Pak support including funding of terror & squeeze has also helped

*Media ran Kangaroo Courts on fake *Hindu Terror* cases for decades.
*Ecosystem tried to pass off Pak sponsored 26/11 & Samjhauta blast as Hindu terror.
*An army officer spent 9 years in jail without bail.
*No outrage then by those crying themselves hoarse today on *bail no jail*
*LeT mole was called Bihar Ki Beti. Kangaroo Courts tried to white wash Pakistan State sponsored radical Islamist terror & nail those who were combating enemies of the country
*Questions are now being asked on the basis of court documents & not what some *fixers* say or want done
An officer in MHA said he was tortured, singed with lit cigarettes to change his affidavit on #IshratJahan. MHA initial affidavit spoke of inputs from Central intelligence agencies on her #LeT links. Who ordered changing of affidavit to water down inputs? @RudraVS stuck to truth.

RB Sreekumar, former Gujarat top cop, accused of fabricating evidence in #Gujaratriots case is also accused of framing #ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in a false espionage case.
The year was 1994.
Sreekumar was then working as Dy Dir Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB) in Kerala
Narayanan was working on the cryogenic engine technology at #ISRO. He was falsely accused of selling top secret documents to foreign handlers including in #Pak. The aim was to arrest The scientist & sabotage India's efforts to make cryogenic engine.
The scientists were *tortured*
The High Court said there was not even a *scintilla of evidence* regarding the scientists being influenced by any foreign power.
Supreme Court in 2018 said the case against Nambi Narayanan was malicious & awarded a compensation of Rs 50 lakh. Narayanan was a successful scientist

Funds collected for reconstruction of their homes & #GujaratRiots Memorial were diverted for personal expenses.
March 2013 complaint filed. Gujarat police took 10 months to file an FIR. Gujarat Police wanted arrest for custodial interrogation. The powerful ecosystem is alleged to have tried every trick in the trade to avoid joining investigation in such a serious case of funds embezzlement
High Court had said Teesta Setalvad was not cooperating in probe. Funds collected to build *Museum of Resistance*
Gujarat police probe reveals purchase of wine, whisky & Rum were billed under *Secular Education* & legal aid expenses. Husband too claimed sanitary pad reimbursement

Dr JS Kanoria who conducted the post mortem on Kausar Bano on Mar 2, 2002: the fetus was intact in the womb. The woman had died of burn injuries in riots.
