2/ A pair of gilded wood statues of Tutankhamun on the back of a leopard were found in the treasury chamber enclosed in a shrine & wrapped in linen.
3/ These leopard statues were traditional tomb equipment for New Kingdom pharaohs. Tutankhamun's are the most beautiful and complete examples ever found.
2/ Egyptian faience was a kind of glazed pottery, often in a range of blue & blue-green shades. The shiny surface was even compared favorably to gold. Dozens of faience objects were found in Tutankhamun's tomb including ritual vessels.
